He is a Master Coach uniquely qualified to not only coach executives; but to teach others how to do so. In addition to coaching senior-level executives, Chuck has introduced executive coaching programs into several fortune 500 companies – specializing in building skills for HR executives to coach leaders in their organization. His areas of expertise include virtually all skills required for effective leadership and management, successful sales and sales management, and superior customer service. Chuck utilizes his broad management experience in general management, sales and marketing, manufacturing, business development, customer service, and strategic planning to assist clients in developing themselves and the employees they are responsible to, and for. He is a business generalist with the specific expertise required of functional specialists. His business career began in sales with Pfizer Pharmaceutical. Later, he joined Cordis Dow Corp. as a sales representative, and over a ten year period held positions as Director of Sales Training, Sales Manager, Product Manager, Group Product Manager, Manufacturing Site Manager, and Division General Manager. He also held positions as Vice President, Marketing and Sales for Therapeutic Technologies Inc. and Chief Operating Officer of a large office furniture chain. He has been an Associate of The American Management Association International, Training Management Corporation, and Motivational Systems, Inc., where he has developed and facilitated public and client-specific seminars in Leadership Management, and Sales Development. Chuck holds a BS in Psychology from the University of South Florida, an MS in Aerospace Operations Management from the University of Southern California, and has completed the academic requirements leading to an MA in Counseling from Biscayne College. He is a member of The American Society of Training and Development, The Professional Society of Sales and Marketing Training, and The International Coaching Federation. Chuck has two adult sons, and lives with his wife, Dorne, in Southbury Connecticut.
