Melissa works with Fortune 500 companies to build their Marketing capabilities. Her extensive experience working on some of the world’s most recognizable brands positions her well to support organizations of all sizes.

Melissa’s experience includes senior-level management at Procter & Gamble (Gillette) in both the Marketing and Learning & Development functions of the company. Responsible for brands such as Sensor for Women, MACH3 and Satin Care, Melissa established herself as an expert in brand management. In addition to her brand experience, she was responsible for the creation of a Global Marketing Career Path for ultimately developing competency-based profiles for every Marketing position within the organization.

Clients include: Pfizer, Albert Uster, Bimbo Bakeries USA, Kaz, and Carl Ziess Vision. With the provision of all marketing services to cliental, Melissa has developed new product portfolios to build leadership capability and has defined new channels, opportunities and market entry for new and existing products.

Melissa holds a Master’s Degree in Management from the J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management, Northwestern University.

She is a member of the Moses Brown School Board of Trustees and is also the Williams College President of her Alumni class where she completed her undergraduate degree. She enjoys competitive golf, plays tennis, croquet and coaches youth basketball.
