Sally Arconti is a senior consultant who works with organizations to achieve high performance results through effective people strategies that are aligned with business objectives. For example, as Vice President, Human Resources for the largest business unit within The Gillette Company, Sally worked in collaboration with the senior leadership team to achieve an organizational transformation that would leverage the company’s strategic competitive advantage in technical leadership. This organization’s transformation and its performance was a major contributor to Gillette’s historic business turnaround.

Sally holds a B.A. from Western Connecticut State University. She also completed the Executive Leadership Program through Generative Leadership Group. She has led a variety of organization effectiveness and leadership development workshops and training programs.
