I find it fascinating the “conversation” that is taking place between Elon Musk and Warren Buffett. Both billionaire icon of business, are true innovators and have and continue to have an impact about how we think about the future.

I have facilitated some of the most interesting conversations with leaders over the last 20+ years. I would love to get both around a table in a conference room and facilitate a dialogue about what is possible. If you listen closely, they are both talking about how to add value. Isn’t that what they are both known for?
