In Jack’s most recent corporate position, as Director of Leadership Development at Gillette, he led the leadership, performance management, top talent and career development initiatives for the entire corporation. As part of this responsibility, Jack designed, developed and delivered the first Global Leadership and Strategic Leadership programs. These programs were delivered to virtually all of the executives and senior leaders of the company from 1999 – 2005. The Strategic Leadership program was cited by the CEO as an integral part of the strategic and financial turnaround at Gillette from 2002 – 2005.
