The Leadership Team Effectiveness Assessment (LTEA) is a tool that allows you to measure your Executive Team’s effectiveness from the perspective of four key dimensions. The assessment’s results help you determine whether or not your team has developed and implemented principles and processes that will insure its effectiveness. It helps to focus the areas that your leadership team may use to build team leadership capability.

The LTEA summary provides a concise synopsis of survey assessment results. The report summarizes your organization’s perspective on how effectively the Executive Leadership Team is performing through four key dimensions.

Leadership Team Governance
The extent to which Executive Team members understand the team ’s role, the role of the functional teams, and the factors contributing to effective team performance.

Leadership Principles and Practices
The extent to which the Executive Team displays, promotes and rewards behaviors that facilitate personal and organizational trust, effective communication, transparent decision making and an inclusive culture.

Ongoing Leadership and Organizational Development
The extent to which Executive Team members are committed to continuous leadership and organizational development, effective on boarding and systematic succession planning for themselves, their managers and staff.

Exemplary Management Processes
The extent to which Executive Team members employ strategic, systematic and innovative management processes that contribute to achieving the organization’s mission.
