This training begins with a one hour conversation to discuss how we can collaborate and align on what is most important for you and your company. From there, we will continue to work with you for four months, acting as your sounding board. Not only will our coaches listen, we’ll challenge as appropriate, providing actionable advice you can implement immediately. Whether dealing with career, business, or personal obstacles, we’ll be here to help.
Coach
Adding to the Mentor program, the Coach program provides coaching specifically to improve interpersonal behavior and leadership development. We will hold you accountable, challenge your thinking and actions, and act as an external trusted advisor. We will help you go through a quantitative and qualitative assessment process, contributing to our proactive approach that is based on developmental needs, metrics for improvement, and timelines for accomplishments.
Advisor
Strategic leadership development requires an integrated approach that builds leadership and strategic thinking capabilities while achieving organizational success, alignment, and engagement. The Advisor program includes things like providing technical and functional support via our network of advisors, as well as in-depth support during meetings and presentations. This elite coaching option will help you be successful with your team and organization, delivering enhanced business results you can count on.
