Marci is a proactive senior marketing consultant with 25 years of global experience at Proctor & Gamble, The Gillette Company, and Kraft Foods.

Marci spent 19 years with Gillette/Procter & Gamble. During her career, Marci developed and facilitated marketing training, marketing processes, and successfully managed the development and launch of 20 new products. Marci built the Marketing Excellence department which developed the “Gillette Way of Brand Building” and raised marketing capabilities for over 900 marketers. She played a leadership role in designing the Gillette business unit and integrating the Gillette marketing department into P&G. During her tenure at Gillette, she acted as the Vice-President of Marketing Excellence, Director of Strategic Planning for corporate Civic Affairs, Business Director, Blades & Razors, Personal Care, Oral Care and Stationery Products, National Trade Marketing Manager and held various marketing positions across Gillette business units.

  • Establishing and conducting global training for brand building at several Fortune 100 companies.
  • Developing and facilitating cross functional training and new hire orientations in the following areas: Advertising, media, consumer insights, leadership, meeting management.
  • Building processes and frameworks for new product development, strategic planning & marketing planning
  • Leading all aspects of new product development programs and launches.
  • Designing marketing career paths and succession planning, job descriptions and roles & responsibilities definitions and assignments.
  • Facilitating integration for multiple acquisitions at Gillette, including the merger of Gillette into P&G.
  • Developing corporate philanthropic strategies, matching gift and employee volunteer programs.
  • Designing corporate recognition and recruiting programs.
  • Building global knowledge management web sites to share programs, best practices and information.

She recently completed global marketing training for Samsung marketers in France, Italy, Spain, Indonesia, Korea and Australia. Marci holds an MBA in Marketing from The Wharton School of Business and a BA in Economics from Duke University.
