Marci is a proactive senior marketing consultant with 25 years of global experience at Proctor & Gamble, The Gillette Company, and Kraft Foods.
Marci spent 19 years with Gillette/Procter & Gamble. During her career, Marci developed and facilitated marketing training, marketing processes, and successfully managed the development and launch of 20 new products. Marci built the Marketing Excellence department which developed the “Gillette Way of Brand Building” and raised marketing capabilities for over 900 marketers. She played a leadership role in designing the Gillette business unit and integrating the Gillette marketing department into P&G. During her tenure at Gillette, she acted as the Vice-President of Marketing Excellence, Director of Strategic Planning for corporate Civic Affairs, Business Director, Blades & Razors, Personal Care, Oral Care and Stationery Products, National Trade Marketing Manager and held various marketing positions across Gillette business units.
